Re-entering the list from the US was the University of Florida at #64 after being off the list in 2007 and #98 in 2006. Newcomers from 2007 University of Pittsburgh (Katz) and Tulane University (Freeman) both managed to stay on the list, with Tulane gaining 15 spots from #95 to #80.
Creating strong and consistent upward momentum on the list were Texas A&M University (Mays) and University of California - Davis which have jumped 25 and 21 spots respectively since 2006.
