I would like it if the ability to buy and write options was added. I know that I for one am very interested in trading options but am not willing to risk the capital just yet just to see how it works. An option trading feature would allow people to experiment and hopefully contribute to more savvy investors down the line.

CBOE will provide the data. I don't know how you would go about integrating it with the site, but I know that's where places like MSN Money and Yahoo Finance get their numbers from.

Ok it seems as if you can add options to your own portfolios (not contests) - I will keep this on the DL until we all test it. Obviously to write contracts you would need to short them. Also, for shares 100 shares=1 contract. Simply add a .x after the options symbol. Future plans will be to either have separate options portfolios, integrate options into the stock portfolios, have options contests, have strategies built into the system (able to write multiple contracts with one action).
