Preferred user email

Ajay, on 8/27 I got this from you and wanted to follow up:

1) Users can still edit their original email

2) The preferred contact email should have a database table that is
prepopulated with their original email and then written over if they
choose a preferred contact email.

3) This preferred contact email should be the email in which all system communications are sent through.

USER INFORMATION AND PROFILES:
- Alternative contact email.  Once users login they cannot edit their
main email (to prevent multiple users on one email address).  the
should
be able to enter a secondary email where they can rec. communications
through (many students and most alum don't use their original .edu
address).
